Demonstration of Olympus Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope
We will be testing a confocal laser scanning microscope from Olympus over the 27th/28th November. Once the microscope is set up we will be running some tests and demonstrations. We would like to test the microscope on a wide variety of samples from researchers within the School of Biological Sciences. Please contact Kevin O'Holleran for availability and to schedule a demo. Dates and slots will be confirmed by 22nd November. Slots will be limited to a maximum of 2 hours duration.

- Broadband AOTF for laser control
- Flexible area bleaching for FRAP
- Multi-area time lapse functionality
- Bi-directional scanning at 2000 Hz (4fps at 512x512)
- Quantitative colocalisation display and analysis
