The CAIC team attended the 1st annual light sheet fluorescence conference in Barcelona at the end of September. Leila Muresan presented her work on the Double Helix Point Spread Function (DHPSF) in light sheet localisation microscopy and Martin Lenz presented the design of CAIC's light sheet microscope which utilises spatial light modulators and tunable lenses.
