Making a simple movie from a 3d+t data with Vaa3d

If you want to create a movie showing your 3d timelapse data with VAA3d:

- Choose File->Import->Import general sequence. Set first and last frame, pack in C Channel
- From Image/Data->Intensity->Rescaling set the intensity range for the time-lapse  (keep the 0-255 for final range)
- Select Plug-in ->movies -> ZmovieMaker, adjust angle of view, 
click on the first time point, add anchor point. Then select the last time point, add anchor point.  Adjust the sampling rate (same as many timepoints you have). Click Preview/save movie.
(If you want to reuse the same anchor points later in time, save them before.)
