Cambridge Advanced Imaging Centre

The aim of the software club is to offer a platform to those interested in image analysis, where they can exchange ideas, learn about existing software, find solutions to their image analysis problems and build a vibrant community around mircoscopy image processing challenges.

We are organising talks during the academic year, focusing on general microscopy image analysis tasks advertised on the CAIC user list (http://lists.cam.ac.uk/mailman/listinfo/bio-caic) and our home page. In order to maximize impact, we focus on software that is either free, open source or easily accesible within the university.

If you would like to present your favourite software or solution to an image analysis problem or if you would like to have specific problems addressed please contact Leila Muresan ().
